So, I fired up the camera today, and got some nice footage.
Workout:
Incline bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5
Shrug bar bent row: 235x3, x3, x3, x3, x3, x3
-the shrug bar is 235 because I just leave the 100# plates on it. The 225x5x3 was a nice mark, but it was hard.
Snatch grip dead: 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 405x3
-I filmed this. I was very pleased with my form, my back was nicely straight with no rounding. Then I taped over it with some curl footage. Damn it. I was going to show this, the curls, and a stretch I got from Jim H over at IGx.
-GHR sit ups + Curls: 3 sets of 10 on the situps and 3 sets of 135x5 on the curls.
Not bad at all. Felt pretty damn good, actually.
