I was almost crying the last 30 seconds because of my calf cramping and struggling to control the panic breathing. Nice euphoric feeling after that. This is definitely heavy cardio. BTN presses. 3 sets. 1-index finger on ring. 2-pinky on ring. 3-thumb width from smooth. -these were done to help build flexiblity behind the neck for regular squatting My triceps cramped up on the last set.
