Been doing variations of Maxwell's 300 rep routine. Takes about 30 minutes for me. Today I ramped up the difficulty of some of the exercises. I noticed a nice boost in my band assisted pull up numbers, and doing the side to side push up (I call them Schabel's after my high school wrestling coach) significantly increased the difficulty.

Superset 2:
deck squats with med ball slam: 15, 15
sit ups with towel under back: 15, 15
Superset 3:
inverted rows: 10, 7, 7, 6
crouching divebombers: 8, 7, 7, 4, 4
Superset 4:
sumo squat: 30
side crunch: 30
Superset 5:
Mountain climbers: 30
Squat thrust with push up: 10, 5, 5, 10
