Since I am frequenting the interweb more nowadays, I can put in my workouts as well.. Soon my KB's will arrive, and of the month, so that should make it somewhat more interesting..
One arm Db press: 15kgx 5 sets of 15
Pull Ups 2" bar: 5 sets of 5
Push ups: 5 sets of 10
Done in circuit, no rest
Took 2 min rest and
Clean and press: 20kgx5 sets of 8 (it's the heaviest barbell I have, homemade)
Chins: 5 sets of 6
Push ups: 5 sets of 10

Hey Ben,
Yes, I think when things have settled some more in here, I will be checking out my favourite sites some more. Although the GB isn't in the top anymore, since I do not compete or train my grip a lot anymore..
