Came out of night shift and didn't feel up to the row and run stuff..
Shurgs: 20x60kg, 20x80kg, 3x20x100kg
Barbell curl: 10x30, 8x40kg, 6x50kg
2 board press: 10x60kg, 7x90kg
3 board: 4x110kg
Pushdown: 3x10x35kg
Db curl: 8x16kg, 6x18kg, 6x20kg
ab stuff... finito..
New to the board pressing, i like it. Doing it old skool with 2 or 3 5kg plates on my chest.. Feels good doing that.. The pushdowns actually felt much lighter..
