Decided to sell a lot of my grippers, and 2 of my beloved kettlebells.. Gonna ship the two 24k's with me and some personal goods.. Figured that they last a lifetime anyway, and if I don't have time to pay for the gym, I can still work out.. Gym membership for a month is around 4 euro...
Saturday, did some cleans and pushpresses.. 2x50 and 3x60kg.. not feeling it.. Some benches to neck, cable flys and one arm machine presses.. I like the one arm stuff now, feels nice, more of a pump and stretch. Try it!

Monday: No time, just easy kettlebell for two rounds.. 10x16kg, 8x20kg, 6x24kg.. Repeat..
