Dumbell lateral swing: 2x10
Db row: 8x24kg, 10x40kg
Leg curl: 3x10
Bench: 70kgx10x10x8
Upright row: 30/35/40x10 with face pull for 12-15 reps.
Conc. curl/ pushdowns/ cable crunch..
