Call me slow, but I found out about the new RT record a few weeks ago.. Or was it yesterday.. Anyway, not important. What is important, is that it's quite a feat and I saw a vid of him training towards that New Worldrecord..

There are more vids up there, of Mark in training.

Now the wait is for Steve Gardener, or Laine Snook, two men I know who are both capable of topping this..

Monday, 4th Feb.

Morning session, I hate morning sessions..

Pull ups: 4 sets of 6.. mix grip/ overhand and underhand.

Thickbar PC+PP.. 5 sets of 2 x 60kg.

Inverted row: 3 sets of 6-8

Bench: 3x12x60kg

Db Row: 2x8x30kg

Thickbar Deadlift: 80/90/100kgx5

BB curl: 2x10x30kg Pushdowns: 3x15 Cable crunch/ Face pull

I am definitely not where I was used to be.. I do notice that I am slightly improving again, but man.. Look at those numbers.. On a sidenote, I am not feeding myself all to well, because I don't want to gain any weight, so guess that is a major major factor. Objective is to get stronger, and keep the weight around 90-92kg. Let's see...
