Taught my neighbor, who might start training with me on a regular basis, some kettlebell basics...swing, clean, press, push press, and get up.
Then after he left, I did a bit more work.
LCCJ: Was feeling studly so I grabbed the 32s. 12! Whoo hoo, a new PR. Heh. Took about 1 minute 25 seconds.
Heavy 1 arm jerks: 40kg x 8 R/L, 7 R/L, 8 R/L
Swings: 40kg x 20, 15, 15







Good to see you back in the saddle, and I think it's good news about the neighbor - worth a shot, if nothing else.
