First let me say I had a shitty day, and I came home and watched this and chuckled for a good 5 minutes! When you fell backwards and just layed there...jesus...I am still laughing! I love it dude! That is what the SSB is all about! There is a reason the guys over at Elite Fitness talk about that bar making them super strong out of the hole...you have to push back against it and keep your hips under you or you are going to face plant. Keep using it like that, give it 6-8 weeks straight, then go back to an oly bar. You wont BELIEVE the carry over!
We use the Spud Inc. Suspension Straps around the top of the cage and around the bar. That way, it isnt quite as long a way down when you dump it. I dumped 535 last week twice, and the yoke shot me right backwards like it did you.
